Early Childhood Mentor Network – Alternate Design
Mentor Network
Become part of our Mentor Network!
Join a supportive community of early childhood professionals across New Mexico. Our Mentor Network brings educators together to support students and fellow teachers through mentorship, training, and shared learning.
As a Mentor, you will:
Support mentees one-on-one (in person or virtually)
Provide classroom observation and feedback
Guide reflection and professional growth
Help mentees build confidence and independence
Mentor certification is the foundation of the network. This two-day, in-person training provides practical tools, leadership skills, and strategies to help you guide others with confidence. Mentors learn from one another and grow together. Join our email newsletter to learn more and stay connected.
