Become an Infant-Toddler Pre-Mentor!

We are thrilled to introduce a new pre-mentoring opportunity for infant-toddler teachers! This initiative prepares infant-toddler teachers to serve as a pre-mentor while facilitating their progression towards becoming a full mentor within three years. Infant-toddler pre-mentors earn a modified stipend while working with mentees in their classroom or virtually and receive ongoing support and professional development, including mentor certification and monthly meetings.

More importantly it has allowed me to connect with like minded individuals who share the same passion for teaching. I am lucky to call these individuals friends and not just colleagues. The Infant-Toddler Teacher Network had given me the opportunity to share ideas, resources and gain friendships throughout the state of New Mexico."

Pre-Mentor Applications

All Infant-Toddler teachers with three years of classroom experience and who are either working on an associate’s degree or will earn an Associate’s Degree within three years are encouraged to apply.
