Be an Early Childhood Spoke Manager
Join Early Childhood Networks and help strengthen early childhood education across New Mexico.
As a Spoke Manager, you will:
- Build leadership and networking skills
- Support and recruit local early childhood programs
- Create connections and community for educators
- Help organize two statewide events each year
- Work with mentors, teachers, directors, and home-based providers to support high-quality early childhood education.

Eligibility Requirements
- Participate in a short interview with ECN staff
- Have at least four years of early childhood experience
- Have two or more years in a leadership role, such as director, assistant director, mentor, or similar position
- Have strong connections to their local early childhood community
- Have relationships with a local college or university
- Applications Open: May 1 to June 15
- Leadership Meetings Begin in July
